Technical Systems takes pride in growing and expanding all employees skillsets. We are tremendously proud of the following staff members who recently earned qualifications:
Randall Damons (HT Process Controller) and Kennedy Johnson (Process controller) both successfully completed a Supervisory Skills Programme at Dyna Training.
Warren Boonzaaier (Production Administrator) completed his course at the University of Cape Town in Operations Management.
Lee Harrison (HR Business Partner) and Ashley Wright (TSIS Administrator) have completed the Skills Development Facilitator course at Africa Competency Development. Lee and Ashley are now certified Skills Development Facilitators.
Lee Harrison, our HR Business Partner also holds a professional affiliation with the SABPP (South African Board of Peoples practices) as a HR professional. The SABPP’s role is to professionalize the HR function to ensure that HR becomes an increasingly recognized and respected profession. The Board is an accredited ETQA (Education and Training Quality Assurance body) under the NQF Act and Skills Development Act that promotes best practice within human resources.
